Belly Mapping in Pregnancy
Understanding where your baby is resting in pregnancy supports ease in your body and during birth, especially when we understand the path baby could take and how we can move and breath to support their journey. It’s really beautiful and simple; like much of nature expressed through our Physiology!
Physical Therapists nerd out on the anatomy and physiology of the body! And I happen to love to nerd out about birth anatomy and the physiological processes we experience during pregnancy, the flow of labor and after birth healing.
I am really excited to offer Spinning Babies Belly Mapping guidance during every Parent Birth Education class, private or in group!
I want to tell you about Spinning Babies, founded by Gail Tully, Midwife
Myranda just got back from the Spinning Babies® Parent Birth Education Certification April 7-10, 2026. This adds to her continuing education in prenatal, labor and birth support within the scope of a Physiotherapist.
She now has her provisional license and is excited to provide this information in addition to Physiotherapy birth supports as well!
